All of our printing is done on-demand and we take about 2-7 business days to create all apparel products. We’ll print the items as soon as possible but it does usually take a couple days to process the order.
USA- 3-5 business days via USPS or 3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost
Canada- 5-10 business days without tracking
Worldwide- 10-20 business days without tracking
USA- 1-3 business days via FedEx
Canada- 1-5 business days via FedEx
Worldwide- 1-5 business days via FedEx
Packages are shipped out on business days. The following are holidays and considered to be non-business days:

• The Day After Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
Returns & Exchanges
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Submit claim by emailing a description of the issue along with pictures of the misprinted/damaged/defective product to email@example.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you are unhappy with your item and it is not misprinted/damaged/defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Return” as the email topic and explain why you want to return your item and we’ll work hard to find a solution.
